[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Delay in Slideshow

Hi there.
I have a slideshow of only 7 images on this website:
http://www.brontehotel.com/

The 1st picture appears in the slideshow, then the whole thing goes white and then there is a delay and then slideshow starts!

Any suggestions? A response is greatly appreciated.
