same thing happen to me , i already sent email from main page .
Everything is good on first visit . Soon, plugin repeat process “everytime” visiting new link and without video .
Shortly , visitor comes to website , see pop-up and close
Later , if visitor click another link , there is no video but disturbing audio on background and no way to stop it.
Normally pop-up should appear 1 time until “Next visualization (hours):” setting time came , such as 12 hours later.
I hope you fix it in short time , thank you for your wonderful support and plugin .
Estoy presentando errores con aitro pop up plugin v.4.9. al momento de darle en vista previa el Plugin se visualiza correctamente, pero al entrar a otras pagina el Plugin no se visualiza correctamente. solo se ven rasgos del “ITRO POP UP PLUGIN”.
