Hi, Favio. That’s kind of what I thought. You should click on the ‘Network’ link or go to yoursite.com/wp-admin/network/setup.php

Favio, please provide us with the following:
1) The real url to your site.
2) Any entries in your wp-config.php file that start w/the word define.
What does your friend want to do that requires a multisite installation?
Also, is your native language Italian?

the site is in italian made by a company which is not very good because we paid and they didn’t finish all the work.
I have no idea how to insert new plugins.
i have another site that in the structure has plugin editor and i can download what i need.
help pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i am desperate

Please look at your wp-config.php file. Does it have the following there?
define(‘WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);
