[Plugin: LeagueManager] League Manage display

when you click on individual teams it list teams vertically and the stats horizontally. I have 4 leagues on one page, so when you click on teams it shows teams repeated 4 times. (www.greenbriercitysports.com)
Any help would be appreciated 🙂
