Plugin install failed

    I am trying to reinstall wordpress with e-commerce. I have already tried to delete the old e-commerce folder via ftp but this is the message I get:

    Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-e-commerce.3.8.5.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /customers/0/d/a/popboutique.se/httpd.www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-e-commerce/

    Plugin install failed.

    Please help!!
