Plugin install failed…

    When attempting to download a plugin, I receive the following message:

    Downloading install package from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/all-in-one-seo-pack.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Could not create directory. /hermes/bosweb/web064/b647/ipg.monsterwormcom/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/

    Plugin install failed.

    I’m really not sure what the problem is. I’ve Googled a solution for hours with no luck. I’ve tried to change the permissions for my content folder, but that seemed to have no effect. I use Ipage hosting and they install WordPress for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
