[Plugin: Inline Upload] 'Unknown Error' message after upload attempt

    Anyone else had this error before?

    The entire message reads “Upload failed! Unknown error. IU_CONTACT_ADMIN”. This happens after I select the file I want to upload and hit upload. The progress bar completes, then presents the error message. The upload path on the server is all open.

    Any ideas?
