[Plugin: ICS Calendar] Multilanguage support?

My blog in Russian, and Google Calendar, too. And that’s what I see: http://www.picamatic.com/show/2009/06/30/08/51/4183702_884x206.png name days and months can not be read.

I think it lacks support for UTF-8. But how can I fix this, I do not know.
