[Plugin: Group Documents] Network Admin Dashboard menu missing

the plugin admin menu does not appear on the Network Admin dashboard by default. If you are running a multi-site setup, simply do a find/replace in the plugin source replacing admin_menu with network_admin_menu. After this change the plugin will appear in on the Network Admin Dashboard.
