• Hello

I like this plug-in, good job with design.
My two challenges may be a simple ones for you, but frustrating for me to figure out.

    1. My post images show up in plug in preview, but the image is cut off, or needs to be centered. (example- some images have the head cut off,
What do I do to ensure images fit into slide screen?

2.)My post images show up in plug in preview, but not on site wordpress post previews.

    Thanks

  • Hi !

    1. the image is actually centered because it was the more logical behavior as the “interesting” part of an image is generally centered itself. There is actually (not yet) no way to change that behavior by using the admin page. If you want to do so, you got to choose one of these solutions :
—- put hands on code and change the #fs-picture css rule by editing the wp-content/plugins/frontpage-slideshow/frontpage-slideshow.php at line 195, if you know about css things
—- resize your images to fit your slideshow dimensions. I suggest you the Scisssors plugin to do so.

    2. that is a problematic thing… can you tell me your unique plugin ID that you will find at the end of the “How to use – getting help” section of the plugin’s admin page ? I’ll be able to get more information to troubleshoot.
