Plugin for subcontractor portal

I’m sorry if this is the wrong forum to post in. If this thread fits better somewhere else feel free to move it.

I’m looking for a plugin to a site for a property company with several apartment buildings in need of care. Since they are going to need to use subcontractors such as painter, carpenters and such, they would need a place for them to make profiles and upload company policies and such. The information should only be accessible for the system owner, not other competing companies. So, a plugin with option for users to upload pdf-files and make profiles about their companies is what i’m looking for. Do any of you have any ideas about what plugin I’m looking for?
