Plugin for paperwork approval?

    Hi everyone,
    First time on the forum, so sorry if this is in the wrong place.

    I am trying to help my buddy who works for an insurance company build a wordpress website. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a plugin where a client of the company can visit the website and see if their paperwork has been approved by the company.

    there would essentially be 3 steps when the client visits. 1, submit paperwork. step 2 says “pending approval” and the final step 3 would say “approved” or “denied”

    Are there any plugins for a client gateway?

    Any suggestions?
