Plugin for event registration with demands

Hello,

Anyone have tested a lot of event reg plugins? Well, heres the deal.
Im webmaster for this non-profit organization that have one arrangement a year. Its a 3 day long event, with different payment options.

What we have done till now, is using registration by e-mail. But, as you know, then i have to type all the contestens in a list, and then publish it, and update it manually.

I need a plugin that allows companies to register for this event, and then one of our guys can “approve” the registration, and the name shows up in a list on a page.

It also need a good way to customize the registration page, cause i need to have the right forms and question. A way to calculate total cost for registration would also be great, paypal or other things is not necessary.

If some of you have tips and tricks how to make this work i would be super happy! I have seen pages i belive is wordpress pages with these kinda registrations, but they wont answer me which plugin they use..
