Plugin for an information database

Can anyone suggest a plugin for database I want to create of places to shop. I’d like to be able to upload pics, include contact information, reviews, google maps, a search function etc. I have looked for hours unsuccessfully for something where I can enter information on the dashboard and then have it come up on a page in a pre-formated way. If this is something i’d have to have custom programmed, any suggestions as to a good programmer would be appreciated as well. I have a few sites i’d like to build with this option in it.
