Plugin for a more advanced order form

Good morning,

We’re currently migrating the above website into wordpress, and seem to unable to recreate some of the more advanced order forms with Contact Form 7.

The link above displays one of the forms on our old website. Some of the features we are struggling to find with Contact Form 7 are –
> Multiple stages/boxes (ie Order an Irish Company, Company Formation Package) all joined to one ‘Submit’ button.
> The formatting for ‘Company Formation Package’ that will allow us to display the title of each package, then list its features.
> A payment option that will allow the customer to pay online, should they select ‘Online Payment’ over ‘Invoice Payment’.
> The payment option will also need to calculate a payment total from the options they have selected under ‘Additional Services’.

If anybody could help with any of the above, or ideally suggest an all in one plug-in form that could deal with all of these, that would be fantastic 🙂
