[Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form] dates

I experience weird problems with date fields. First, current month (that unfolds when clicking date field) kind of “underlies” (placed beneath) following fields instead of being placed on top of them and is unreadable.
Second, I can’t select any date. When I click day or month or year or “previous-next” month arrows, the calendar just folds back, leaving field empty…
