Plugin: Fast Secure Contact Form Website refreshes but doesn't display form agai

When the user clicks on submit, the webpage refreshes and it is not clear if the form got submitted. The website is:

I looked into: si-contact-form/si-contact-form-display.php
and there is code for #FSContact but it is not clear to me what needs to be changed to display the form after clicking on submit. Also if there are any errors.
