[Plugin: FAQ Builder] Cause for plugin breaking upon activation

The plugin breaks upon activation with a “Fatal error.” This is due to the plugin author’s use of PHP short tags, such as:

<?

instead of what Apache is looking for:

<?php

To fix this, you need to edit php.ini and set short_open_tag to On
