[Plugin: Excerpt Image Link] Resize image link

I have large images that i am uploading to my blog. I then put thumbnails on my blog but the link when you click points to the original picture. Since they are large, its quite slow to load the original pic. Are there any plugins that allow you to resize the original pic on upload. without that i have to resize all pictures before hand.
