Did you able to see some PHP error log? and also try to deactivate other plugins or revert to default theme.
if you can see the page, you should be able to save, try what angelonwl said
Same problem for me I’m unable to save any settings
I reverted to the version 4.305 and I haven’t anymore the problem to save settings….
I even try to update the working version with the last one and it didn’t sorted me out to.
Installing version 4.305 waiting a working release.

someone on the pro forum also has reported this issue, we’ll probably go into their site and take a look to see what’s causing it shortly. if it’s a bug in EM we’ll fix it (may still be a theme/plugin conflict, we just use update_option here, nothing special)
Any news on this one? Still an issue for me 🙁
not sure if this specifically, but in general, nobody is having a problem with saving settings.
maybe try to deactivate other plugins or reverting to the default theme? probably one of these causing the conflict.
The problem is in your webserver configuration, you should check the error log file from apache concerning your website and you will find out what is the problem.
It is a security module in apache or php I don’t remember exactly the name but reading the error log helped me to find the solution.

Hi, I am also facing this problem where I can’t change my site name under “General Setting”
@richardloke
Have you tried to temporarily:
– deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems
– also, are you using wp multisite, buddypress or normal wp installation?
