[Plugin: Events Manager] Customize Plugin – Template Files?

Hi, I want to change the colors of the calendar and center the calendar (widget) in the sidebar. How can I do this?

I’ve read its possible to customize the calendar through the template files: http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/

That link ends saying “Before we go on to explain the different folders…”. The thing is that the folders are never explained. The folders are listed below, but when you click on them, you just go the top of the page (their link is actually http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/using-template-files/#top). Where can I find an explanation on how to customize the calendar? Is there any place to download nice templates and use them for the plugin?
