[Plugin: Events Manager] Changes to event locations not having effect

    I added an event but Google picked the wrong location from the information I’d given.

    I edited the event and corrected the location (reset it then re-entered the information, putting the postcode in first, which seemed to work). This gave me the correct info in the edit page, but no matter what I changed then saved I could not get the live event page to change its map.

    I checked the database and the lat/long co-ords were not changing. I eventually fixed the problem by finding the lat/long manually and entering them into the database manually.

    note that on the event page you can’t edit locations, only assign locations to an event. The latest version should make that clearer.
