[Plugin: EsAudioPlayer] php 5.4

To get rid of “Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed” errors, I had to change line 402 of EsAudioPlayer.php to: EsAudioPlayer_CalculateSize($width, $height, $shadow_size, $width_cv, $height_cv);

Note the removal of the ampersands
