You also write it worked in WordPress 4. But WordPress 4 is the last version. What was changed on your site since it started having problems ?
After updating WordPress to version 4 the plug-in worked. But some time later it stopped working without any reason, nothing was changed. There was no any error messages. When i download my images, file name doesn’t change.
I’ve checked it again in a test installation (WP 4.0 + WPIU 3.2) and the name was changed as of my settings.
Actually something must have changed. Otherwise it wouldn’t stop working. Have you installed or updated any other plugins ? Could you also send me to henri.benoit@gmail.com a list of all plugins you have installed. I’d then test it with the same plugins (just to make sure it’s not another plugin breaking it).
