Here’s the screenshots. The plugin is disabled because obviously I had to change to another shipping method while this plugin doesn’t work.

In any case, there’s the warning saying “Warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress.” so I presume is that still not compatible with the most recent WordPress version 4.3.1, correct?

Hi,
I’ve just went through your requested test checks and it’s still not working, it keeps saying “There are no shipping methods available. Please check your address or contact us if you need any help.”
I’ve realised that I’m using wordpress version 4.5. They say it’s the last stable version, should this be the problem?
