OK, so I was happy to early, problem came back (or maybe stayed from before, I’m not sure).
Publishing comments – no update
Updating pages – not updated.
Disable cache from settings & enable again – everything is OK..

WP v4.4.1
WPFC v0.8.5.5 downloaded, installed, removed, reinstalled 30 minutes after last update today.
Only options enabled:
– Cache System
– Logged-in Users
– Gzip
– Browser Caching
Cache populates fine if user accesses page externally.

Hi @ bdbrown, you need to select the following option.
New Post: [X] Clear all cache files when a post or page is published
In the next version, no need to select this option to delete cache after update post.
