[Plugin: Custom Field Images] Quick Insert Button

    First of all, AWESOME plugin. Exactly what I was looking for.

    My problem is this: the ‘quick insert button’ (eg; Insert CFI) doesn’t always show in the Image Uploader dialog for me. Sometimes switching from Browser/Flash uploader gets it back, but really inconsistent. Weird.

    I’m using WP 2.9.2, Browser: Chromium 4.0.276.0 (34953) Ubuntu, OS:Karmic. Any ideas?
