[Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Different E-Mail Subjects

Hi Guys. I’m trying to see if this plugin allows for separate E-Mail subjects per form submission. I have a couple of different form applications and I wanted to differentiate between all of them with a unique Subject. Just wondering if this was possible, or not. Either way, great plugin!
