[Plugin: Contact Form Manager] Admin crashed when activating the plugin?

The installation went great, but when I clicked to activate the plugin the whole admin area crashed (wp-admin). I can’t access the backend now. All I get to after logging in is a white page. How do I fix this and why did it happen? Please help!
