[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Akismet

    Is there a correct way of enabling akismet support in the plugin. I use the following code:

    <p>Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email akismet:author_email] </p>

    But everytime I try to send a test email, it says failure (with the yellow box). Removing the akismet field solves the problem. What am I doing wrong?

    You should add a field for ‘akismet:author’. Plus adding a field for ‘akismet:author_url’ would be better.

    If you use only ‘akismet:author_email’, Akismet seems to consider it as a spam.
