• Mike,

Thanks again for this fantastic plugin. I am having a bit of a conflict though. The conflict is with a lead capture plugin called Icegram.

I am using an exit intent popup form which includes a shortcode to a form from your plugin. The form is submitting and all emails are going out as they should. The plugin owner says that submitting the form (using another plugin from them called CTA Actions which allows triggers on clicks) should transfer page ownership back to the form (after grabbing analytics data). The settings in your plugin are not to redirect the page. Once I submit the form, I get sent to an empty page with nothing in the header, only a “0” in the body, and no footer.

I would love your thoughts on this. I also have been in talks with Icegram and their support. Since both plugins are quite awesome, I think many could benefit from smooth interactions. Any help would be appreciated, the link is below (and the exit intent won’t work in the newest IE–sorry, I let them know that too–)

    Dan

  • As far as I know, this form is not compatible for use in pop ups. Normally you need an ajax capable form for that. This form does not do any ajax submitting, sorry.
