• Thanks for the great plug-in. I went through several before finding this one.

Apologies if the answers to my questions are located in the documentation (http://wiki.alkivia.org/capsman). That website doesn’t seem to be working, so I’ve learned about your plug-in through trial and error.

I created a new role called ‘Client’.

Is it possible to allow the ‘Client’ role to edit pages, but not add them?

Is it possible for the ‘Client’ role to be able to edit the Privacy setting, but none of the other settings? (Privacy setting is where the Global Post Password plugin allows the global password to be set.)

    Thanks for the help.

There also seems to be a bunching together of post and media capabilities.

It seems the only way to allow my new role, Client, to be able to delete/edit media which they themselves uploaded is to enable ‘Delete Posts’ and ‘Edit Posts’,

while the only way to allow my new role to be able to delete/edit media uploaded by others, is to enable ‘Delete Other Posts’ and ‘Edit Other Posts’.

It’d be nice if I could distinguish between capabilities for posts and media. Perhaps a future feature — unless I’m neglecting something obvious.

    thanks,
    Roman
