The plugin is working for me on WP v4.5, so there may be an issue with another plugin on your site preventing the tabby script from loading. Try deactivating all other plugins as a troubleshooting step to see whether that is the case.

Also please post a link to an affected page on your site and I’ll see whether there are any clues.

Each H2 should be a tabby. I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins one by one and doesn’t make a difference

It is not easy to troubleshoot with autoptimise and WP super cache active. I suspect that a script in another plugin might be affected by the jQuery fix in WP 4.5 (details at: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/read-this-first-wordpress-45-master-list), and this might be preventing the tabby.js from being processed.

Empty the cache and deactivate all plugins except tabby responsive tabs to check that it is a plugin issue. Then if that is confirmed reactivate them one by one until the issue reoccurs to identify which plugin has a conflict.
