Plugin breaks the site

I get this error after turning on wp_debug() in the admin dashboard:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in /.../wp-content/plugins/bootstrap-3-shortcodes/includes/bootstrap-shortcodes-help.php on line 22

Then when I try to click on the Bootstrap shortcode icon in the page editor, I get this error:

Notice: Undefined variable: context in /.../wp-content/plugins/bootstrap-3-shortcodes/includes/actions-filters.php on line 25

The ‘view’ tab doesn’t work as well as the bootstrap shortcode help icon.

I deactivated the plugin and everything seems to be working fine. It’s a great plugin and saves me alot of time.
