We have resolved the issue with your account and e-mailed a detailed explanation to both of the e-mail addresses you used to register. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at my BOTPROOF EMAIL ADDRESS.
We thank you for your patience and suggestions during the Beta testing of our WordPress plugin.
To summarize, we ran into three issues:
1. Under certain conditions, account activation e-mails were not being received by customers.
2. Submissions from the "contact us" form on our website were sometimes not received by the BotProof staff.
3. Certain portions of e-mail headers sent from our staff to customers may have resulted in our communications being blocked by ISP spam filters.
We have recently made changes to our servers which will enable better communications with our customers. In addition, we have adjusted portions of outgoing email headers to prevent filtering.
If you still have trouble getting messages from BotProof, please feel free to e-mail me via my ALTERNATE EMAIL ADDRESS.
