HI @iamshado2
We have already whitelisted the validator.w3.org IP pool.
Tell me your site name, I will check what is happened.
https://en-volve.com/feed/ is my feed. Looks normal. Of course since I have the CleanTalk plugin currently disabled my feed is showing up just fine on readers.
Just to be clear, validator.w3.org isn’t what I’m having issues with. I’m having issues with RSS readers such as Feedly or Inoreader. Neither one of them pull articles from my RSS feed unless I disable the CleanTalk plugin.
Hello, @iamshado2.
Please, activate the Anti-Spam plugin and try to disable only the Anti-Crawler option. If it’s not helping, disable the SpamFireWall option too.
We also suggest you contact Feedly and Inoreader support to clarify what IPs should be whitelisted.
Hi there – I think the solution to this is to be able to white list the RSS / JSON Feed endpoints in WordPress – eg https://en-volve.com/feed/ or for JSON Feed https://blog.booko.com.au/feed/json/ should allow bots – that’s the purpose of that endpoint.
Thanks for your work on CleanTalk – I’m finding super useful.
Hello.
@dkam thank you for the advice.
