[Plugin – Advertising Manager] Adsense Acct ID's?

It appears that I’ve imported my Adsense ads correctly and setup the widgets correctly but nothing is showing. I noticed the Acct, Partner, and Slot IDs are not filled in on the Adsense Network Setting page. Am I supposed to fill these in and where do I get the numbers?

And it’s been over two hours so I doubt it’s an issue of being patient.
