[Plugin: AdSense Integrator] Advertalis injection

Hi,
the plugin WAS pointing to the Advertalis domain to test a new series of tools we are developing.

Unfortunately it was too buggy so we removed what you called “suspicious code”. Indeed it was an ads replacement alternative to adsense ONLY for our % of ads (when the reward author option is enabled, of course).

As you can imagine, we spent hundreds of hours to develope this script. This is just a way to receive something back from users who use and appreciate our work, and it is completely voluntary.
