[Plugin: Adsense Insert] Donate Option Cannot Be Turned Off..?!

Hi,

The ‘Donate’ option under General Settings has a On/Off dropdown.

But even if you set if to Off, when you reload the page it’s been set back to ‘On’ again?

“If on it will show this plugin’s authers ad few times a day”
– so is this not optional after all?
