Can’t seem to find a definitive answer as to whether or not this plugin works well with multi-site install?

What do you mean “multi-site install”
If it’s not work, we’ll try to fix that 🙂

Oh dear. Not to be rude, but if you have to ask, it probably doesn’t. 🙂 Nice plugin for a standalone blog, but I’m guessing the requirement for a single directory needing to be created in uploads/ means that it will break in a multi-site WP installation.
