plug in not staying active

    Editing custom-css-manager-plugin/plugin-loader.php (inactive)

    For some reason my custom manager css plugin will not stay active after I reinstalled it and made it active and started to make a change.

    do you know what’s going on?

    now the Custom Manager CSS is not even listed in my plugin page. I don’t understand where it went?
    then I try to reinstall it and it says:
    Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin…
    Destination folder already exists. /hermes/bosoraweb084/b608/ipg.ashleythughescom/wp-content/plugins/custom-css-manager-plugin/

    Plugin install failed.
