    Hello guys,

since few days ago, my clients get the following error when they try to submit your form: “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again
(Invalid nonce. Please refresh your browser.) ”

Yesterday I solved it by clearing the site cache, but unfortunately today there was this error again.

The form has always had “load form using ajax” active.

Today I cleared the cache, updated the ajax settings, save all, cleared the cache and now it works.

But I’m worried that tomorrow might happen again.
I need to resolve, it’s urgent.

    Can you help me please?`

  • Hi @bizzarro81

I hope you are doing good today.

I see your site uses Siteground Optimizer. Could you exclude this file in Optimizer settings and see if this helps?
    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/forminator-ui/js/forminator-form.min.js

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi, thank you for reply.

I can try, can you kindly tell me, in which section of the plugin should I insert the code?

    Thank you.

    Hi @bizzarro81

What my colleague shared is a location of JS script that should be excluded from all the optimization that SG Optimizer does.

You should be able to exclude it in “JavaScript” tab on “SG Optimizer -> Front-end” page (there are three “Exclude” options there).

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hello Adam,

in the new version of SG optimizer, in the Fronted-> javascript section, I cannot exclude your plugin. There is a pre-defined list of scripts to exclude, but yours is not there.

Still in Fronted, I was able to exclude the script you sent me in “general” … I don’t know if it’s okay.

After inserting it the forminator module works, but … since 2 days ago, saving the ajax module again from the settings of your plugin it worked for 24/36 hours, and then it give me again the error I opened the tread for.

So I still don’t feel safe.

I will certainly monitor the functioning of the form every day and keep you updated.

I really need to have a contact form that works good, because the customers contact me from it.

If you have any other suggestions … I am grateful.

    Thank you!

    Hi @bizzarro81

    Thank you for the update.

I am also adding here all Forminator scripts in case you would like to exclude all JS files:

    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/jquery.validate.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/forminator-ui/js/forminator-form.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/build/front/front.multi.min.js
    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/library/intlTelInput.min.js

Could you verify with SG Optimizer if they have any way to exclude nonce from caching?

Some caching features like litespeed allow it.

    https://blog.litespeedtech.com/2020/07/08/cache-wordpress-nonces/

Another regular solution is to exclude the Form page from caching.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards
