Please help! Problem with permlinks!

    Hello.
    Some days ago, I tryied to change my permlinks. From standard, I changed it to /%categories%/%smthname%/
    and my blog now down, becouse of this problem.
    I went to phpmyadmin, changed permlink structure to standard
    ” ” permlinks. But my website isn’t working. I don’t know what I can do.

    I need, that my blog run good in standard mode.

    Maybe I need to write something to .htaccess. So please, everybody who knows how resolve this problem, write!
    I will be very thankful.
