PLEASE HELP – Edit A theme

I am using the Snippet theme by Templatic…I cannot seem to figure out how to change the text that is in the “left box” In the code it says its a widget but I cannot find it. When I did a “view source” it shows where it is an <h5> ect., when I edited the soruce and changed it then uploaded it, it works but nothing else does…I know that is not the way to do it but it worked.

So, if ANYONE can help with this I would appreciate it…here is where the site is now so you can see…thanks
