If you mean you are trying to login to your WordPress.COM site, try here:
https://paperstaxproject.wordpress.com/wp-login.php
It says my account has been deleted
In that case, it’s gone, unfortunately – deleting an account on WordPress.COM involves multiple warnings that it will be permanently gone – is that what you did?
But just to be sure, is that the site you are asking about? If you have the XML file that you exported, you should be able to import that to your new site.
I didn’t manually delete any WordPress account. At all.
When I installed WordPress on my partner’s server, it made her the admin of the account. We could both access the admin panel through the login on the .com site. Now, however, I have logged into her WordPress account and the Paperstax site is completely gone.
Are you using JetPack for this centralized site management login?
Also, looks like you have just changed the nameservers for that domain name today – so it might be a DNS propagation issue.
I was using jetpack on the .com site.
Yes, somehow the name servers were changed on godaddy, so I went back in and redirected them to fatcow. I’m hoping that lets me access the admin panel again on the .com site.
I did indeed download the .xml file on Friday, so I have the latest backup.
For some reason, all of the links on my .org homepage are directing to .com pages and giving 403’s. And my theme is all messed up as well.
Head’s going in circles here.
Thank you, Yogi!

It looks like the domains may not be configured correctly on the server – have you asked FatCow to double check on this?
I did. Was told that it all looks good on their end, and that I should clear cookies and cache. I’ve tried on two different desktops, 5 different browsers, and my phone. Still getting the 403’s.
Try resetting the permalinks – go to Settings > Permalinks and Press Save.
Also, what do you have under Settings > General for the Site URL’s?
Where would I acess this setting? If this is in the admin panel, I can’t get in there.
Okay, I thought you were logged into http://www.paperstaxproject.org/ ?
No?
Just looked at that one again – see this page:
http://www.paperstaxproject.org/wp-login.php – if you hover over the “Back to….” link, it goes to http://www.paperstaxproject.com – so that suggests that something is not set up correctly someplace.
All I got from the WordPress admin panel was the .xml file. Is there anything else I SHOULD have gotten, or is that everything that was on that site?
Yes, that’s all there is from a WordPress.COM site. But I’m guessing that the settings in the Settings > General URL’s are probably not both set to http://www.paperstaxproject.org/
Are you able to login to that site? If not, you can change them using a different method – see:

Thanks for your help, Yogi. It seems like all the problems were on FatCow’s end and have been resolved!
Yay!
