Please Help?!

I am trying to replace the link in the comments page that says “You must be login to comment” to my own custom login page not the default login-wp wordpress one.

Before the new update I did it easily by replacing link in the theme/template/comments.php file but after the new update the comments.php its different and does not have the link any more. How can I replace it again??
