    Hello Maeve,

    I’ve updated according to your instructions.
    I’ve uploaded mp3 and ogg instead of m4a and have downloaded the newest version.
    On the audio page, there is one line of code, namely [hmp_player].
    I’ve added 2 songs and changed the number of songs in the menu to 2.

    The player is still not showing.

    Please look to see if you can indicate what is wrong.

    Hmm ok checked it and I think this is caused by some problems with jQuery on your site. The error console shows a bunch of errors with all the jQuery based stuff trying to execute on your site. I’m thinking maybe a problem in your theme or conflict with another plugin… please can you try deactivating all the other plugins, and switching to the default twentytwelve theme and test? Let me know if this fixes the problem or not…

    Hi Maeve,

    Ok, I’ve run through your instructions and have found the plugins that are giving the problems.

    “Facebook Comments by Fat Panda” somehow repeats the player. Where I had 1 player with 2 songs, it appeared as 2 players with both songs repeated 3 times in every player (6 songs.)

    The plugin “ThickBox” was the plugin that made the HTML5 player disappear.

    I’ll go look for other replacements for these plugins and get your pro-version soonest.

    Cool, glad to know you were able to find the problem. It may be worth letting those plugin owners know about this conflict in case it is something they can fix in their plugins.
