Playable Video Thumbnail

I was wondering if there was a plug in that I could install that would make the thumbnail for the video playable.

In other words, the thumbnail photo wouldn’t be a still image but instead the video shrunk down to fit the area.

Example: http://www.intensegamingtv.com – The youtube video is also the thumbnail for the article.

My site is primarily showcasing my video and photo work and don’t want to to use a still image as the thumb for videos.
