Place cookie bar inline, or within post?

I know you like links – but the site is in dev and don’t have it. But I have a diagram to help explain, and this is a general feature request anyway. Is it possible (or perhaps on the roadmap?) to place the cookie bar inline in the content, or within a page or post. Easiest, nicest way would be with a shortcode I would assume. Instead of fixed to the top or bottom of the browser window, I’d like to place it within the content on a page. Here’s a mockup I did real quick to help illustrate my request: http://d.pr/i/19XXA

This kind of goes along with a couple other requests to allow custom css, or to remove the inline css injected with the plugin’s js.
