I have the same issue. I used this plugin without issue since months. Today I have the same error message. The playlist is still existing in youtube.
Any idea ?

UPDATE 06/03/15: Starting today, most YouTube Data API v2 calls will receive 410 Gone HTTP responses.
So this plugin must be update to new youtube api.

I really hope this can be fixed.
I have the same problem, having the previous version.
Then, I updated the plugin and the problem remains.
you have to specify a google api server key, unlock youtube api and add it in the widget.
I had it done since the original plugin instalation, and doesn´t work. Is necessary doing a new one?

I just updated the plugin to version 2.02 and it works.
I continue having problems with 2.02v.
It says:

I checked than youtube API it´s ok and it put correctly the user of my channel.
Continue with problems with 2.03v.
